The following policies apply to online purchases only. Items purchased in store are subject to our in store return policy. See store for details.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To ensure that you are happy with your selection, we offer one free* exchange on eligible purchases (*No restocking fee, shipping charges may apply). See Return/Exchange Eligibility Requirements below:

Only one free exchange per eligible item is allowed. Additional exchanges will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Clearance, discontinued items and display model items are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

 1. Item being returned must be in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged with tags attached.)

2. Items must be free of stains or odors. (We recommend not wearing makeup when trying on your items.)

3. Exchanges or returns must be returned within 10 business days and be accompanied by an exchange authorization form. To request an authorization form, please call us at 336-574-0100.

Your exchange or refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. Returned items that do not meet eligibility requirements will be returned to you at your expense.

 

 

To protect your health, we do not sell previously worn wigs.  We only accept returns on wigs in original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached). Wigs must be odor free. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
