Shipping
For US Orders
A Special Place uses the US Postal Service to ship out all orders. Our hours of operation are Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday from 1pm-5pm. Orders placed during business hours will be shipped the next business day using USPS. For Ground shipping expect your package between 2 to 12 business days. For Expedited shipping allow 2 to 8 business days for your package to arrive and for Express delivery allow 2-6 business days. Holidays and weather conditions can alter shipping times, which is outside of our control. Please send your item to a residential or business address, P.O. boxes are not recommended.
We require a signature at delivery (included in shipping cost) for wig orders, to protect our customers therefore if you can not sign for your package may be sent to the post office for pick up, or delivered the following day. Any returned packages due to failure to be picked up will be refunded, minus shipping fees.
For International Orders
A Special Place uses UPS for all international orders. Ground shipping isn't available for customer located in AK, HI or international.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal! We gladly accept returns on all eligible products. (Please read eligibility policy to determine if your item is eligible.
You have 10 days from the date it was shipped to you to request a return authorization. Items must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned items. Please keep in mind your bank may delay processing the amount back to your card (allow an additional 3-9 business days)/
Return Product Eligibility
Eligible Products:
- In original factory condition ( ITEM MUST BE CLEAN, FREE OF PERFUME, SMOKE OR OTHER ODOR, or STYLING PRODUCTS, UNALTERED, WITH NO SIGNS OF WEAR)
- MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING
- MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL SHIP DATE.
Ineligible Products
- Worn items containing any signs of wear, including odor or styling product.
- Discontinued, closeout, last call and clearance items
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, SOLD AS IS. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM BEFORE PURCHASING.
How to Return Your Item
- Email us at aspecialplacewigs@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization
- Package your item in original box with tags. Please right the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package and ship your item to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization to:
Canceled Orders
If your wish to cancel your order….email us at aspecialplacewigs@gmail.com with subject line “Cancellation”. If the item has not shipped, we will cance the order and refund the entire amount. If the order has shipped, you will need to return eligible items to us via the return policy. Shipping charges are not refundable once the item has shipped.
Back Orders
At times an item you ordered can be backordered due to limited inventory. If your order is backordered we will give you the option of canceling your order and receiving a full refund, ordering something else of equal value or keep your purchase and get notified when it is back in stock ready to ship.
